Combined Grain and Pulse Seed Drill

Combined seed drills are easily pulled sowing machines that transfer cereals, pulses, feed grains and fertilizer continuously to the seed bed opened by the discs through helical sheaves with requested quantity and depth with the help of levelling system.

Well planting is ensured  by its box that prevents to seed and fertilizer to accumulate and therefore, an efficient seeding is performed by evacuating arms on each boxes, which is easy to clean, allows easy planting of the seed or fertilizer into the requested depth with automatic or hydraulic disc sinking which is made upon request and preventing breaings to get dust by using dry-system double brearing on discs with dust covering system.

Besides these standard features of our combined grain seeder, both three-point hitch and arrow systems are its standard specifications. By means of these features, it is suitable for planting, seeding and operating with a tractor on all types of soil conditions.
 

• Raw materials used on combined grain seeder are prepared for production after all audits and tests have been made and quality materials are used
• A: By means of helical gutter pulleys, non-stop sowing of big and small seeds to soil is ensured.
• B: Covers of fertilizer and seed boxes can be produced as single or double cover upon request. There is hidden cover system on single cover boxes to prevent mixing of fertilizer and seed.
• C:   Amount of seed and fertilizer can be easily adjusted by level system put on seed and fertilizer box.
• D: Single Pipe Sowing Foot and Bolt Chains increase productivity of warm, moist and wet soils. By means of back bolt chains, the channel that disc opened is closed and seed is overlapped.
•  Setting of disc sinking makes needed depth setting according to soil type by means of scratches on spindles of discs.
• Sieve on the fertilizer box prevents fertilizers and foriegn materials reaching sheaves on fertilizer box and giving harm to them.
• Drills are easily cleaned by evacuating of seeds and fertilizers from it by means of evacuating arms.
